1. What Work2Wealth is

Work2Wealth ("we", "the platform") provides educational content, market research, data tools and training relating to Indian financial markets. All content is for education and information only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative.

2. No advisory relationship

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Trading in equity and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing.

3. Accounts & passes

Access is sold as fixed-term passes with no auto-renewal. Passes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access or redistributing member content (reports, alerts, videos, data exports) is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.

4. Data & tools

Market data is sourced from public exchange files and third-party providers and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or availability. Tool outputs (including scanners and calculators) are pattern-matching and arithmetic aids, not signals or advice.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work2Wealth is not liable for any trading losses, data errors, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current pass.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
