Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

Every new member can take a free trial pass before paying. We'd rather you test the desk than buy blind — so please use the trial to decide.

Paid passes

Passes are fixed-term, one-time purchases with no auto-renewal — there is no recurring billing to cancel. Because members receive access to research, data and downloadable content immediately on activation, activated passes are non-refundable except in the cases below.

We always refund

Duplicate payments; payment captured but access not granted; a technical fault on our side that prevents access for more than 72 hours in a billing period. Write to us within 7 days of the payment via the contact page with your payment reference — approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Seat-capped tiers

If a seat-capped tier is oversubscribed and we cannot grant your seat, your payment is refunded in full automatically.
